Discover more from Steve Austin: Faith + Mental Health
....doors opening soon for "Jesus Coaching."
I just quickly wanted to let you know I’m going to be opening up spots for a brand-new coaching program I’m calling “Jesus Coaching.”
What is Jesus Coaching?
This 8-week individual coaching program will help you deconstruct your faith and uncover your true self in a safe, confidential, supportive environment. I know some of you have been waiting for this for a while, so I’m giving you a heads up so you don’t miss out!
My private coaching is limited to just 8 spots for this round. There may possibly be another round of “Jesus Coaching” in the Spring of ‘22, but no guarantees.
Who is this for?
I work with clients who long to heal their image of God:
If you are a Christian, but no longer buy the faith script you were handed as a child, this is for you.
If you’re unsure how to integrate your faith and sexuality, this is for you.
If you’d like to better integrate your faith and mental health, this is for you.
If you’ve left the church but still want to explore your own faith, this is for you.
If you’d like to believe that God doesn’t merely tolerate you, but is actually WILD about you, let’s talk.
“Jesus Coaching” includes:
8 private coaching sessions (approximately 40 minutes per session) via Zoom
Sessions can be scheduled between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Central Time, from June 1 – August 6th, 2021.
Worksheets, Guided Meditations, and Action Guides to accelerate your journey toward inner freedom
Unlimited access to me via MarcoPolo during work hours
This program will guide you to the beginning of 3 major life transformations:
How to heal your image of God
How to heal your image of self
How to integrate either your faith + mental health or your faith + sexuality
And last but not least, here are some things that my past clients have said about working with me:
“Sometimes we’re so deep into our state of drowning that we can’t see where to go for air. My conversation with Steve was the guiding light to give direction to the surface. I recommend this to anyone swept away by the current of an overwhelming situation or life.” —Connie
“I always want to be seen and heard, to feel less crazy. I always need to feel like my biggest dreams are possible, like I can tackle whatever comes my way. And I always need practical steps, broken into small chunks, so I can see what needs to be done to achieve my goal. Somehow, Steve Austin manages to do all three things, which is why he is an amazing coach.” —Brandon
“Before I contacted Steve for help, I felt frustrated and blocked. After working with him, I knew how to conquer my fears. Steve is a warm and caring person who will guide you to the best version of you.” —Sarah
Save when you pay for this 8-session package in full. Only $470.
Need to split it into two monthly payments? No problem! You can sign up for two payments of only $250.
If this is an opportunity you’ve been waiting for, email me back today. I am opening this opportunity to everyone else in just a few days.
1. How much time do I need to set aside weekly?
Transitioning to a post-pandemic schedule is stressful. You know you need this kind of healing, but you’re not sure where to find the time or the attention.
Here’s the good news: Outside of your 40-minute session, you’ll only need another 30-60 minutes per week for homework and self-reflection. Can you commit to a total of 90 minutes a week for 8 weeks, if it decreases your fear and shame and increases your sense of self-love and inner peace?
2. What’s the difference between this and therapy?
I am NOT a therapist or mental health professional.
My brand of emotional health coaching combines my years of experience as a pastor with my professional training as a coach. Several clients have described it as the best of a mentor relationship and spiritual direction.
While therapy tends to work backward, diving into your traumas and looking at your past, coaching looks forward. The most common coaching question is, “What do you want TODAY? And how can I help you move toward that goal?”
(And YES, countless people have both: a coach and a therapist.)
3. What’s the purpose of the MarcoPolo calls?
MarcoPolo is a free app that serves as a natural extension of our weekly calls.
Got a burning question that just can’t wait until the next session? MarcoPolo.
Thoughts from the week? MarcoPolo.
